A league is the foundation of your baseball/softball organization. Here's how to create one:

1. Navigate to the Leagues page from the sidebar
2. Click on the "Create League" button
3. Fill in the required information:
   • League Name (e.g., "Summer Baseball League 2024")
   • Description (optional)
   • League settings and rules
4. Click "Save" to create your league

After creating a league, you need to create a season to start tracking games and stats:

1. Go to your league's page and find the Seasons section
2. Click "Create Season"
3. Fill in the season details:
   • Season Name (e.g., "Spring 2024")
   • Start Date and End Date
4. Click "Save" to create the season

Once you have a league, you'll need to create teams to compete:

1. Go to the Teams page from the sidebar
2. Click on the "Create Team" button
3. Fill in the team details:
   • Team Name (e.g., "Red Sox", "Yankees")
   • Select the league this team belongs to
   • Add team logo or colors (optional)
4. Click "Save" to create your team

Now it's time to build your team roster by adding players:

1. Navigate to your team's page
2. Click on the "Roster" tab
3. Click "Add Player"
4. You have two options:
   • Add existing player: Search for and select a player you've already created
   • Create new player: Fill in player details (name, position, jersey number, etc.)
5. Repeat to add all players to your roster
